SUPPORT
How can we help?
Answers to common questions about Revlo on the web and the Revlo iPhone app. If you can’t find what you need, email us and a person will reply.
1. Contact support
Email support@revlo.money for help with your account, billing, bank connections, privacy requests, or anything that doesn’t look right. Include the email address on your Revlo account and a short description of what happened. Never send your password, full card numbers, or bank login credentials — we will never ask for them.
2. Getting started
- Create an account at revlo.money or in the Revlo iPhone app, then confirm your email using the link we send you.
- Choose a plan. Revlo Plus is monthly or annual, charged when you subscribe. Your first payment has a 7-day money-back guarantee.
- Add your finances. Add accounts, transactions, budgets, recurring payments and goals manually, or link an eligible bank account on the web or in the iPhone app.
- Didn’t get the confirmation email? Check your spam or promotions folder. If the link has expired, email us and we’ll help you finish setting up.
3. Subscription and billing
- Plans: Revlo Plus is $8.99 per month or $79.99 per year, charged when you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
- Money-back guarantee: not for you? Within 7 days of your first payment, choose Settings → Plan → Request a refund on the web or iPhone, or email us. You get the whole payment back and Plus ends right away. One per customer; renewals aren’t covered. See the guarantee terms.
- Cancel or manage on the web: open your account menu → Billing (or Settings → Plan → Manage billing).
- Cancel or manage in the iPhone app: tap your profile icon → Settings → Manage subscription.
- Canceling stops future renewals. Access normally continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Charges and refunds: email us about duplicate, unexpected or incorrect charges. See the billing terms for details.
4. Your account
- Forgot your password: tap “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen, or use Settings → Send password reset while signed in.
- Change your email: Settings → Change email, then confirm the change from the message we send.
- Signed in but seeing the subscription screen after paying: give it a moment, then tap “Already subscribed? Restore access”. If it persists, email us.
5. Delete your account
You can delete your Revlo account and its data at any time, without contacting us:
- iPhone app: tap your profile icon → Settings → Delete account. If you haven’t subscribed, Delete account is also at the bottom of the subscription screen.
- Web: open your account menu → Settings → Delete. If you haven’t subscribed, Delete account is at the bottom of the subscription page.
Either way, you’ll enter your password to confirm it’s you, then type DELETE.
To keep your account but erase your transaction history, choose Delete all transactions in the same place. Transactions from your banks won’t sync back; new ones still will.
Deleting your account disconnects your banks, removes your financial records and bank-connection identifiers from Revlo, cancels any active Revlo Plus subscription, and removes your login. This can’t be undone, so export anything you want to keep first. If Revlo reports that deletion couldn’t be completed, email support@revlo.money and we’ll finish it. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.
6. Bank connections
- Linking happens through Stripe Financial Connections, on the web or in the iPhone app. Your bank login is entered with Stripe or your bank, never stored by Revlo.
- Read-only: Revlo reads balances and transactions you authorize. It can’t move money or make payments.
- Refreshing: Revlo brings in new transactions every day. Use Sync on the web, or Sync banks in the iPhone app, to get them sooner. Balances are checked with your bank about once a month and estimated from your transactions in between.
- Limits: up to 10 accounts at up to 5 banks. You can link up to 12 new accounts in any 30 days and start up to 5 connections a day.
- Disconnecting: choose Disconnect on the linked account, then keep its past transactions or remove them too. You can also email us to request disconnection.
7. Privacy and your data
Revlo doesn’t sell your personal information or use it for advertising. Read the Privacy Policy for what we collect and why, and the Financial Disclosures for the limits of Revlo’s calculations. To request a copy, correction or deletion of your data, email support@revlo.money.
