How does Revlo find subscriptions?
It matches your bank charges against hundreds of known services, spots charges that repeat, and asks Revlo AI (powered by OpenAI) about anything unfamiliar. The AI only sees the merchant name from your statement and a rounded amount — never your name, email or account numbers. That’s how Revlo can catch a subscription on its very first charge.
Do I need to connect a bank?
No. You can enter accounts and transactions yourself. Bank linking uses Stripe Financial Connections for supported US institutions; availability and history depend on your bank. Investment holdings and prices are tracked manually.
How do I subscribe or change my plan?
Create and verify your account, then pick a plan in the app and complete Stripe Checkout. Subscribers can manage billing in Settings → Plan → Manage billing.
What happens when I cancel?
Canceling stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Canceling doesn’t delete your account or cancel any bank or merchant subscriptions you track in Revlo. See the billing terms for refunds.
Does Revlo move money or manage investments?
No. Revlo is a tracking and planning tool. It doesn’t make payments, cancel subscriptions for you, place trades or give personalized financial advice. Renewal dates are estimates for you to review.
What does beta mean?
Revlo is still being built. Features may change and you may run into bugs. Email support@revlo.money if something doesn’t look right.
